YouCam's blemish remover takes marks off a face and finds them itself: acne, spots, freckles and scars. It is made by Perfect Corp. It sits in an AI face retouch panel with the rest of its options: shine, eye bags, redness, wrinkles, pores, texture and dark circles. One slider sets how strong the effect is.
It runs in a browser as the YouCam Online Editor, and on a phone the tool sits inside the YouCam Makeup app. You need an account, and new users get 5 free credits. There is no free download: every option in that panel is marked Plus or Pro. Only the Pro plan allows commercial use.

When to use
Use YouCam's blemish remover if:
- You have a breakout or a few spots on a photo you otherwise like, and you want them gone without touching anything else.
- You want to control how far it goes, which is what the intensity slider is for.
- You do not want to learn retouching. It finds the spots itself rather than making you mark each one.

Skip YouCam's blemish remover if any of these describe you:
- You need the finished file and do not want a subscription. Every option here is marked Plus or Pro, so a free account cannot download a retouched photo.
- The photo is for a business. Only the Pro plan allows commercial use, and credits bought as you go do not.
- You are retouching for print or a client. Adobe Photoshop gives you the control to work spot by spot.

Yes. Perfect Corp's page lists freckles among what the tool erases, next to acne, spots and scars. If you want freckles kept, this is not the tool for it, and the fix would have to be done by hand in a photo editor.
No. You need an account, and new users get 5 free credits. Every option in the AI face retouch panel is marked Plus or Pro, so a free account cannot download a retouched photo. Plus and Pro are subscriptions. Credits can also be bought as you go and stay valid for a year, while credits that come with a subscription stack up for 60 days.
YouCam Makeup, where the blemish tool sits under the Retouch tab. There is no app called YouCam Blemish Remover, so that name will find something else in the stores. Perfect Corp puts its tools inside a few larger apps rather than shipping one app per feature, so look for the YouCam name and the Perfect Corp publisher.
Only on the Pro plan. Perfect Corp's terms state that Pro is the one plan that allows commercial use. Credits bought as you go may not be used commercially, and neither may the free credits a new account gets. A Plus subscription is not enough if the photo is going to earn money.
Perfect Corp's page describes the blemish feature as smoothing skin and erasing imperfections. The heading above it promises natural skin texture is kept. The same panel also has separate Texture and Pores options. Check your own result at full size before relying on it.
