PhotoToolFinder is a curated directory that helps you discover third-party photo editing tools. It is provided for convenience and general information only.

• No warranty is given about the accuracy, availability, pricing, features or fitness for a purpose of any listed tool.
• Tool details change often, so always verify them on the tool's own website before relying on them.
• The directory does not host or run the tools. Clicking through takes you to a third-party site governed by its own terms.

Anyone can browse the directory. To suggest a tool or report a correction you must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 if that is the minimum age where you live. By submitting anything you confirm that you meet that age.

All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Listing or ranking a tool does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless explicitly stated.

Ranking is editorial. The order of tools in a category is a judgement of how well each one does the job that category is about, taking in what the tool can actually do, how usable it is, and how it compares with the alternatives on the same page.

• Nobody can buy a position. No payment, commission or partnership moves a tool up a list or gets it listed at all.
• A dedicated tool that does one job well is normally ranked above a large suite that offers the same job as one feature among many.
• If payment is ever accepted for anything that affects what appears on a page, it will be labelled on that page, not just described here.

Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning the Service may earn a commission if you sign up or purchase, at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not influence whether or how a tool is listed or ranked.

The site links to a Ko-fi page where you can support the directory voluntarily. Support is a gift, not a purchase. It does not buy a listing, a ranking, a review or any other service. It is not refundable. Ko-fi handles the payment under its own terms.

• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.
• Every submission is reviewed by a person. Any listing may be edited, declined or later removed at the operator's discretion.
• By submitting, you grant the Service permission to display the submitted details in the directory.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or spam content.
• If a third party brings a claim against the Service or its operator because of something you submitted, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or copy the directory at scale, or place automated or excessive load on the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or circumvent the security of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.

Breaking these rules may lead to rate-limiting, blocking or refusal of access to the Service, and to the removal of anything you submitted.

The selection, arrangement and original text of the directory are owned by PhotoToolFinder. Tool names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• The Service is not responsible for third-party tools you access through the directory, or for any outcome of using them.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some countries and states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here affects consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

The directory links to third-party websites for convenience. The Service does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

Before starting any formal dispute, please get in touch. Almost everything is quicker to fix by email.

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• A term that is not enforced straight away is not given up.
• These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and the Service.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. The Service may transfer its rights if it changes hands, and your rights are unaffected.
• Any part of the Service may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service means you accept them.
