Let's Enhance
Enlarges up to 16x while fixing light, color and noise in the same pass.
Browser upscaler: enlarge an image 2x to 8x with AI, with no watermark and one free image a day without an account.
Upscale.media makes small images bigger without making them blurry. Upload an image, pick 1x, 2x, 4x or 8x, optionally turn on AI enhancement to clean the image while it grows, and download the result. Results carry no watermark, and it reads PNG, JPEG, WEBP and HEIC files.
It runs on the web and as iOS and Android apps. Without an account you get one image a day. A free account gives 3 credits and 3 downloads a month, doubles the input size caps, and is required for bulk work. Paid plans go further, by subscription or one-time pay-as-you-go credit packs. The same upscaler is available to developers as an API from its maker, PixelBin.

Without signing up you can upscale one image a day, and results have no watermark. A free account gives 3 credits and 3 downloads a month. Paid plans raise the limits for volume work: you can subscribe or buy one-time pay-as-you-go credit packs, and the vendor states pack credits are currently valid for a year.
For more than one image a day, yes. A guest gets one upscale per day. A free account gives 3 credits and 3 downloads a month, doubles the input size caps, and is required for bulk work.
You choose 1x, 2x, 4x or 8x, where 1x cleans the image without enlarging it. The bigger the factor, the smaller the allowed input. As a guest the published input caps are 10,000 pixels square at 1x, 5,000 at 2x, 2,500 at 4x and 1,250 at 8x. Signing in doubles each of them.
It accepts PNG, JPEG, WEBP and HEIC images, which covers photos coming straight from iPhones as well as standard web images.
The upscaler sharpens as it enlarges, but that is not its job. upscale.media now has separate Restore Image, Face Restoration, Enhance Face and Colourise tools on the same site. Those are the ones aimed at old or damaged photos of people.
Images are processed on the vendor's servers. The privacy policy states that uploads are stored anonymously and that you can request deletion by contacting support. It does not promise automatic deletion after processing.
