Magic Eraser, by Magic Studio, removes things from a photo. You brush over the object and the AI works out what belongs behind it and paints that in. A brush size slider and zoom let you work close on small objects. It takes JPG, PNG, WEBP and AVIF, and Magic Studio states there is no resolution limit on uploads.
It runs in a browser and inside the Magic Studio app for iPhone and Android. Free needs no signup, but you see ads and the download comes out at low resolution with the Magic Studio logo on it. Free use is a test rather than a way to get the file. Pro is a subscription, sold monthly or yearly, that removes the ads and logo, gives full resolution, and adds bulk editing.

When to use
Use Magic Eraser if:

The AI does not know what was behind the object, so it works the area out from the pixels around the hole. Sky, grass, a plain wall or a blurred background give it surrounding texture to copy. A large object in front of straight lines, a repeating pattern like brickwork, text, or a face gives it little, and that is where the patch stops lining up. Removing something small nearly always goes better than removing something big.
