Fotor Photo Effects

Fotor's photo effects are a library of 300+ filters. The range runs from everyday looks like black and white and sepia to era-specific vintage filters that name their decade: 80s, 90s, 2000s, CCD camera, Y2K and Polaroid styles. There are also tilt-shift and depth blur, color splash, mosaic, lens flares and glow, plus an AI filter section with more transformative styles. Filters preview live, and an intensity slider sets how strong they are.

About half the effect groups in the panel are free, and some filters work without logging in. The rest, including the AI filters, need a paid subscription. It runs in the browser and in Fotor's Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android apps.

Use Fotor's effects if:
