WatermarkRemover.io takes watermarks, logos and text overlays out of photos, and you do not tell it where the mark is. You upload the image, the AI decides what is a watermark and what is the photo underneath, then erases it and fills the gap. It handles a logo in a corner or a pattern repeated across the whole picture. PDF pages have their own tab beside images.
It runs in a browser and in official iPhone and Android apps. Without an account you get 2 images a day. A free account adds 3 credits and 3 downloads a month, and unlocks bulk uploads. Past that you buy credits, and one credit clears one image or two PDF pages. The vendor states credits are non-refundable.

When to use

- You want to say what gets removed. Detection is fully automatic, with no brush to mark the area. Dewatermark AI lets you paint over the mark when the AI misses it.
- The mark sits on top of something detailed, like a face or text. The AI invents what was behind it, and there is no manual fix when it guesses wrong. Adobe Photoshop gives you the brush.
- You want to erase an object rather than an overlay. That is a different job for an object removal tool such as Cleanup.pictures.
- You want unused credits to keep. Subscription credits are cleared at the end of each month, and the vendor states credits and plans are not refundable, whichever plan you buy. Other watermark removers price differently.

The AI fills the gap with what it predicts was there, so the result depends on what the mark was covering. A watermark over a plain background or an even texture gives it a lot to go on. One sitting across a face, fine detail or text gives it less.

They are processed on the vendor's servers, because that is where the AI runs. Its privacy policy states that uploaded files are kept until 45 days after an account is deleted. It also states it will erase your data within 45 days if you ask. It also states that data is encrypted in transit and in storage. Check the policy for the current rule if the images are sensitive.
