Overview

Dzine is an AI image studio. Generation and editing share a layer-based canvas, so you can generate an image, then move, mask and adjust its parts rather than accepting one flat result. A Chat Editor changes photos from typed instructions: swap the background, erase an object, adjust lighting or reshape a pose. For series work, train a character from your own images and reuse it in new images, or lock a visual style from the library or your own work.

Dzine runs in the browser. A free account gets 100 credits, valid for a year and not refreshed. Free-plan images are public by default. Paid plans are subscriptions with credit top-ups on eligible plans, and include private generation.

When to use

Use Dzine when you need control over AI images:

  • You are making a series, a story or a campaign where the same character must appear in every image. Character training does this.
  • You want AI generation you can still edit: layers, positioning and masks on a canvas instead of a single flat output.
  • You would rather type the edit than learn tools. The Chat Editor changes backgrounds, removes objects and adjusts lighting from instructions.
  • You need a set of images unified into one look, using a library style or one trained from your own work.
  • You have AI-generated images whose faces and hands need fixing, which Dzine's enhance tools target.

When NOT to use

Skip Dzine if any of these describe you:

  • Your images should stay private, or you need them for commercial work. Dzine states free-plan images are public by default, and both private generation and commercial use sit on the paid plans.
  • You only need one quick fix, a sharpen or an upscale. A dedicated image sharpener or image upscaler is less to learn.
  • You want a traditional hands-on editor without generation, which is what a photo editor does.
  • You need a desktop or phone app. Dzine is browser-only.
